FriFri introduces five new fryers to its Super Easy range
FriFri has introduced five new models to its Super Easy range of free standing and built-in fryers.
Two of the new models are 300mm wide, an 11.4kw and a 15kw, which have been developed, specifically, to meet the demands of the UK market. With the existing 200mm and 400mm models, they also bring the Super Easy range into line with the Basic+ and Vision ranges which already include a 300mm model.
In addition, higher powered versions of the 211 at 11kw, 411 and 422 at 22kw have been added to the range. On-board filtration is available as an option on each fryer, and each is available as either a free-standing or a built-in unit.
“The new additions to our Super Easy range offer customers both wider choice and greater flexibility,” said John Shepherd, International Brand Manager for FriFri.
“Super Easy fryers are perfect for cost conscious outlets that are not prepared to compromise on performance. In particular, the new, higher powered fryers will be ideal for large kitchens thanks to their superior heat-up and recovery times.”
Each SuperEasy fryer features precise thermostatic control, ranging from 90 to 195oC, with fail-safe top temperature cut out to maintain accurate oil temperature. This and the fact that controls are mounted safely on the front panel, ensure safe operation. Pressed 304 grade stainless steel tanks provide extra strength and rigidity and a hinged element, with two tilt positions, makes cleaning quick and easy.
World renowned for its extremely high specification, FriFri cooking equipment is becoming more widely recognised in the UK. Acquired by Middleby in 2008, FriFri products are now manufactured at dedicated facilities at Lincat’s Lincoln production base, where the majority of FriFri products and components are also held in stock.
