FriFri launches new Super Easy Built-In fryer range

FriFri, specialists in commercial deep fat fryers, has expanded its popular Super Easy Range with the launch of three new high quality, built-in fryers.

Robust and built to last, the new fryers are designed to provide the high performance and reliability of Super Easy freestanding fryers, in a drop-in format. They are available in 3 sizes - 211, 411 and 422 - and are perfect for any kitchen suite. Each can be specified with either two-stage oil filtration or pumped filtration as an optional extra.

Affordable and built to the highest standards, the new Super Easy models are easy to clean, thanks to a pressed, one-piece stainless steel tank, and a high performance hinged heating element with two tilt positions. Like all FriFri products, the new Super Easy built-in fryers are offered in the UK and Ireland with a comprehensive two year onsite parts and labour warranty.

John Shepherd, International Brand Manager for FriFri, said:

“Free standing Super Easy fryers are already popular with customers thanks to their affordability, reliability and outstanding cooking performance. Now, we want to build on that success by expanding and developing the range to include high quality built-in models suitable for bespoke commercial kitchens.”

FriFri also offers Elegance S+ and Elegance M+ models which are drop in versions of its Basic+ and Vision ranges. These offer ultra high tolerance electronic temperature control for prolonged oil life. Elegance M+ and Vision models incorporate programmable control and offer automatic basket lift as an option. The range also includes chip scuttles and pasta cookers.

World renowned for its extremely high specification, FriFri cooking equipment is becoming more widely recognised in the UK. Acquired by Middleby in 2008, products are now manufactured at dedicated facilities at Lincat’s Lincoln production base, where the majority of FriFri products and components are also held in stock.
